Delivery Policy
All orders are processed within 1-3 working days of receipt. Orders are processed from Tuesday-Saturday.
Please be aware if using Next Day Delivery, estimated delivery may be affected if ordered between a Friday to Monday and Bank Holidays. If ordered after 4.30pm this also may affect next day due to post office closure.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders deliveries may be delayed by a few days. If your order is likely to have a significant delay, we will contact you via phone or email.
If an order is lost or seized during international shipping, we do not automatically reimburse any losses. Any refunds or resends are at our discretion and may incur additional re-shipping fees.
By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept this policy. We recommend ordering only what you are prepared to accept the risk on.
This policy exists because international shipments pass through jurisdictions outside of our control. We do everything possible to ensure successful delivery, but we cannot accept liability for actions taken by customs authorities or postal services in other countries.

Next Day Delivery - £7.95
Overseas - £50
